Feedback, suggestions, questions and bugs are all welcome. For a problem, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, which job you were using (Redesign, Virtual staging, Declutter and so on) and, if you can, the photo.
Questions
How do I stage an empty room?
On the Design tab, tap Virtual staging, add a photo of the empty room (camera or library), pick the room type and a style, and go. Shoot from a corner in good light so most of the room is in the frame.
How do I add the "Virtually staged" label?
On a staging or declutter result, turn on the label option before you save or share. Staged photos get "Virtually staged" and decluttered photos get "Digitally edited", in the bottom-left corner.
How do I change one thing in a result?
Type it under Change something on the result, like "remove the curtains". Undo edit goes back a step, and Try another style redoes the room in a different style.
Where are my past designs?
In the History tab. Save any result you want to keep to your Photos as well.
How do I restore my purchases?
Tap the gear on the Design tab, then Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with. To change or cancel a subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Can I delete a result from your servers?
Yes. Email us the image or roughly when you made it and we'll delete it. See the privacy policy for what we store and for how long.
